Where the register has no figure the table says so: a missing fee is never treated as free. Degree students from outside the EU, EEA and Switzerland normally pay tuition at Norwegian institutions, and the fees vary by institution and programme. Students from the EU, the EEA and Switzerland are normally exempt at public institutions, while private institutions set their own fees. We do not rank institutions by fee.
